This unique gem was once the Chasteuil town hall. The owner, Pascal, has preserved the original stone wall, adding character and history to your stay.
The bathroom in this room is decorated with glass and marble tiles from a Mediterranean beach. As you step through the bedroom door, you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the Allée des tilleuls and the Verdon valley.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable double bed and a single bed, perfect for three people. And of course, like all our rooms, you'll have a private bathroom with shower and toilet, electric heating and a separate entrance.

When you push open the heavy walnut door of the old schoolhouse, you are greeted by a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed. The walls are adorned with one of Nancy's beautiful patchworks and a handsome vine frame, giving the space a rustic charm that's hard to resist.
Peek through the large window of the Chambre du lierre and you'll have a breathtaking view over the rooftops of the hamlet and the majestic peak of Saint-Étienne in the distance. It's like something out of a fairytale.
And if you're wondering about the facilities, don't worry, this is the room for you. You'll have your own bathroom with shower, electric heating and separate entrance. So come in and make yourself at home!

A winding garden path leads you through Pascal's stone archway and into the shaded seclusion of the Arch Room. California wildflower prints celebrate Nancy's origins. Outside and below the window, the schoolhouse's original stone steps are an ideal spot for relaxing, reading and catching up on your correspondence. A breathtaking sight awaits with fields, village rooftops, trees, and mountains in view. The Arch Room has a double bed, chairs, a desk, nightstands, reading lights, and a closet with plenty of space to hang your clothes and store your luggage.

Ascend the stone staircase located at the southeastern corner of the house and you will discover our latest addition - a charming, small, yet highly functional bedroom for 2 guests. This particular room is the sole bedroom situated on the second floor, boasting a breathtaking view of the Verdon Valley to the south and the Cadières de Brandis to the east. The Upstairs bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a desk and a closet and is adorned with warm ocher yellow walls, complemented by the original woodwork and joinery.
A sliding door leads to a private shower room/WC, accessible by four steps. The Upstairs bedroom is equipped with central heating and features an independent entrance.
La Véranda et La Cuisine
The common areas are an outdoor terrace and the veranda on the second floor with a magnificent and dominant view, where you can relax, have your meals, use the Wi-Fi and, of course, use the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue. Kitchen equipment: a double sink, 2 hotplates, a microwave, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Wall cabinets for storage. No oven.
Please be aware that there are currently no food or drink options available for purchase in Chasteuil.
We highly suggest bringing your provisions, especially for your first day here. Upon your arrival, you'll probably want to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings without the need to go out for food, at least for the first evening.
