Chateau de Chasteuil

The Chateau (Castle) can accommodate 2 to 9 guests. It includes three bedrooms, a sleeping alcove, two bathrooms, a washing machine, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a spacious garden with outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue, and on-site parking.

Reservation policy

33% of the rental amount will be requested upon booking, payable within 7 days of booking.
If the deposit is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
This payment can be made by bank transfer, check, credit or debit card via PayPal when confirming the reservation.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the reservation deposit has been received.
Once your reservation is confirmed, the deposit will not be refundable but deducted from the total amount payable*.

Upon arrival at the premises, payment is required: the outstanding rent, security deposit, and the tourist tax.

Cleaning fee. Included.
Tourist tax is € 1.87 per person per night.
The deposit is € 250. The deposit will not be cashed and will be returned on exit after checking the premises.
Electric heating and electricity are included.
Oak firewood for the fireplace, €8.50 per day.

Cancellation policy

In the event of unexpected government-imposed travel restrictions, the deposit will be fully refunded, minus bank or PayPal fees, if applicable.

House Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/meetings are not permitted.
Please respect silence between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Shops and services

Many food stores and restaurants can be found in our area at a distance of 2 to 10 km depending on the season.

Most shops and services are located in Castellane. Open-air market days are Wednesday and Saturday mornings in Castellane. Chasteuil has a lot of charm but does not have food stores, restaurants or services.

The tourist tax was established by the community of communes of Moyen Verdon.

The tourist tax is €1.87 per day and per person over 18 years old.

City tax is €1.87 per day and per person over 18 years old.
