Reservation Policy

• 33% of the rental amount will be requested upon booking, payable within 7 days of booking.

• If the deposit is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

• This payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card via PayPal, or PayPal invoice when confirming the reservation.

• Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

• Once your reservation is confirmed, the deposit will not be refundable but will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.*

The balance is due on arrival at the premises

• The balance of the rent, and the tourist tax.

• Studio tourist tax: € 0.77 per adult and per night.

• Tourist tax Rooms: 4.4% per stay.

• Heating and electricity are included.​

Methods of payment accepted

Bank transfers, checks, cash, ANCV holiday vouchers, and credit cards only online using PayPal Secure payment. A small fee may apply.

T.V.A not applicable: CGI Article 293 B.

Arrival and departure times

• Arrival from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

• Check out at 10 a.m.

*Cancellation policy

In the event of unexpected travel restrictions, imposed by the government, the deposit will be fully refunded, less bank or PayPal charges, if applicable.

House rules

• It is forbidden to smoke inside the house.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parties/meetings are not allowed.

• Please respect the silence between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m.

* We recommend the purchase of travel insurance for the protection of non-refundable payments.

The Tourist Tax was Established by the community of communes of Middle Verdon.

• LE STUDIO  2-star tourist hotels, 2-star tourist residences, 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, 4 and 5-star holiday villages, i.e. €0.77 per night per adult.

• ​ROOMS Accommodation is awaiting classification or without classification, with the exception of the other categories of accommodation mentioned above (rate proportional to the night's cost) i.e. 4.4% of the cost of the stay.
